I’m Elizabeth Brown, a licensed marriage and family therapist and the founder of Harmony Marriage and Family Therapy in Waco, Texas, specializing in relational therapy for couples, support for parents, and individual counseling from a systemic perspective. I hold an MDiv equivalency and am pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Spiritual Formation at Abilene Christian University. Trauma Therapy: EMDR and CPT I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), and I can guide you through the process of addressing trauma.
